The ISSUE

“We always use traffic management, couldn't do our job without it” says Mark Barrett, Project Manager at Baulderstone.  Baulderstone is one of the largest building and engineering companies in Australia and relies heavily on traffic management to reduce the stress, remove the risks and ensure productivity.  Working on major projects such as the tram renewal works in Swanston Street Melbourne requires heavy manpower 24 hours a day (including weekends) to manage the traffic and Altus consistently deliver.

Why ALTUS?

“We have a good relationship with Altus and will continue to use them.” says Barrett.

“Altus are very adaptable, [for example] there was an issue at Kew Junction, the vehicle traffic was ok but no one expected so much pedestrian traffic.  Altus mobilised people round the clock at a quick pace to solve the problem… not a lot of companies adapt at this level.”
