Push-Up Challenge for Mental Health

Altus Traffic Australia recently took part in The Push-Up Challenge, a nationwide event promoting mental health awareness. Running from the 1st to the 23rd of June, the challenge involved completing 3,144 push-ups, with participants aiming for either half or the full target.

Members from various departments within Altus Traffic demonstrated their commitment to this cause. Their combined efforts were a resounding success, with the team surpassing the initial fundraising goal of $500 to raise a total of $1,174.

The Push-Up Challenge provided an app to help participants track their progress, see daily targets, learn about mental health, and get fundraising tips. At Altus Traffic Australia, we are extremely proud of our team's achievement and remain dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and supporting our community through such initiatives.
