Altus Group (Altus), Australia and New Zealand's largest traffic management provider, today announced it has executed documents to acquire 100% of the traffic division of All Traffic Management Services (ATMS), a leading traffic management company in Wellington New Zealand.

Altus Group Holdings (Altus), has executed transaction documents to acquire 100% of Schramm Group’s Traffic Management businesses in Queensland. The deal is expected to complete subject to regulatory approvals.

To help children learn about road safety in a creative and engaging way, we’re bringing back a favourite: the Altus Road Safety Colouring Competition! It’s the perfect opportunity for kids to explore road safety themes while getting artistic —  while also giving families the chance to start those important conversations at home.
