Altus services locations throughout WA through a combination of bricks and mortar depots, shared customer facilities and our advanced PIV operating model. We additionally support works in remote locations through travel and overnight stay.
Our location in Perth, coupled with a large staffing pool from around the broader Perth area allow us to efficiently service the Perth Metropolitan Region where we have a significant presence. Multiple regional maintenance contracts spanning the outer areas of Perth through to Geraldton, further underpin capability in the form of fleet and staff along the west coast, and allow us to flex into temporary projects and smaller works requirements when needed.
Altus continuously monitors our staffing capability relative to forecast demand and draws on its recruitment IP to build larger and larger teams as needed. We have a ready supply of traffic management staff expressing interest in working for us whose contact details we maintain for times of growth.
